Your profile:

Business training in accounting
Relevant work experience
In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
Knowledge of GESALL software and strong IT skills are a plus
An independent, organized, and conscientious approach to work
A team player who can handle pressure
Language skills: German and French are required – Additional language skills are a plus

Your mission:

Dealing with customers, suppliers, and our gas station managers
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Bank Accounting; Fixed Asset Accounting
Verification, account assignment, and posting of incoming invoices
Account reconciliation and maintenance of general ledger accounts, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Processing of payment transactions
General administrative task
