Die Petro-Center, Inc. Group and its subsidiary PC-Tank LLC is a medium-sized, independent company incorporated under Luxembourg law that is owner-managed.

Our core business is the sale of petroleum products and the operation of our own gas stations. Our steadily growing company currently employs approximately 750 people and operates a significant network of modern gas stations equipped with convenience stores and both traditional and quick-service food options.

Your responsibilities:

• Ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of the gas station
• Oversight and coordination of all activities within the station
• Leading, motivating, and supporting employees in their daily tasks
• Planning and management of work schedules, time tracking, and vacation scheduling
• Ensuring high-quality standards in customer service and customer support
• Monitoring compliance with internal policies and hygiene, safety, and quality standards
• Monitoring and Analysis of Sales Performance in the Fuel and Convenience Store Sectors
• Responsibility for inventory, orders, and supply chain management
• Assisting with the onboarding and training of new employees
• Ensuring the cleanliness, maintenance, and well-kept appearance of the ward
• Assuming additional responsibilities related to the position
