However, our agents or carriers may acknowledge receipt of payments made to them at the time of delivery of the goods. Acknowledgment of receipt for payments other than in cash is valid only subject to successful completion of the transaction. Failure to pay an installment by its due date shall render all other installments\u2014whether due or not\u2014that the buyer owes us immediately due and payable. Charging that has already begun must be\nstopped immediately. The recharge card or badge\nwill be delivered via standard domestic mail. The user\nalso agrees to ensure, to the extent possible, that all\ndevices they use\u2014particularly their computer and smartphone\u2014as well\nas the connections they use are sufficiently secure. Subsequently, the\ncustomer must confirm their request to block the card\/badge by email at\ncontact@bestcharge.lu. Bestcharge customer service will contact the customer\nas soon as possible to send a new card or badge. \u00a0The user is required to pay for all\ntop-ups made through the payment service unless a\ndispute has been filed. Charging rates are not\npermanently assigned to a customer or a location in the field of\nelectric mobility. The rates at which charging may be performed\nat the respective charging points may be adjusted at any time based on\nchanges in electricity prices, roaming rates, or other\nadditional fees. For each charging session, a single charging agreement is\nentered into. The consumer agrees to check the prices in effect at\nthe location before each charging session, to verify that they can afford\nto pay for the intended charging process, and to accept these terms at the start of the\ncharging process. For each charging station compatible with\nBestcharge, there are specific prices that can be viewed in\nthe Bestcharge app. Any complaints regarding\nnon-compliance with the respective prices at charging stations will not be reimbursed\nby Bestcharge. Bestcharge cannot be held liable for any misunderstanding\nof the rates. If access to the rates is not possible, the consumer must\nrefrain from charging via the Bestcharge authentication service, as it\nwill then be presumed that they accept the stated rates without liability on the part of\nBestcharge.
