This recharging site, the fruit of close collaboration with the local authority and Energiekooperativ Kanton Réimech, is a concrete example of a sustainable initiative at the service of the community. Mr Steve Reckel, and Mr Mike Molling, representative of EKR, expressed their enthusiasm for the project, which symbolizes the municipality's commitment to cleaner mobility.

The charging station comprises 6 charging points, 4 of them with 11 kW alternating current (AC) and two with 50 kW direct current (DC), providing a high-performance infrastructure for electric and hybrid vehicles.

In addition, the municipality has installed a 64 kWp photovoltaic power plant on the roofs of the elementary school, reinforcing the site's renewable energy supply. This collective commitment supports the citizens and visitors of Mondorf-les-Bains by offering them convenient access to green 100 % recharging solutions.
